Safety
In our effort to build quality playgrounds, we consider safety our primary
design and construction concern. Our playground equipment conforms to
ASTM (American Society of Testing and Measures) and CPSC
(Consumer Products Safety Commission) guidelines for playground safety,
when installed properly. In fact, our design, administrative, and production
management employees are all NPSI (National Playground Safety Institute)
Certified Playground Safety Inspectors. Thus, all of the decision makers
know all of the safety issues.

Professional Leadership
In order to remain in the vanguard of our industry, we participate in
various professional organizations. We are member of the IPEMA
(International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association), ASTM
International and the NRPA
(National Recreation and Park Association.) These organizations are
dedicated to the sharing of information to make playgrounds safer and
more sound.
Accessibility
Through the ADA
(Americans with Disabilities Act), federal law stipulates that playgrounds
must be accessible to people with physical handicaps. Thus we design
much of our equipment to be accessible, and can alter most other structures
to make them compliant. This is an extremely important consideration
both in the design of playground equipment and in the layout of your
particular site. You should peruse the ADA
Accessibility guidelines to determine your specific requirements.

Warranty
In our commitment to quality all of our play structures come with a full
warranty. Our warranty is as follows:

Limited Warranty
Playmore Design selects the best materials available and assembles
them with care and professional expertise. Thus we stand by
our products reliability as well as its quality. We offer
the following warranty on all original Playmore products properly
assembled, used, and maintained according to manufacturer's
direction:
25 Years: All recycled plastic timbers and lumber are guaranteed
against damage caused from insects, rot, cracking, and splintering.
10 Years: All products and components are warranted against
failure due to fungi or insects
2 Years: All products and components are warranted against
structural failure or other failure due to defects in materials
and workmanship.
These warranties do not cover failure, deterioration or wear
that results from misuse, improper installation, vandalism,
or lack of maintenance. This warranty excludes the splitting
and splintering or shrinking of wood, as it is an organic
material prone to irregularities. This warranty does not include
installation unless Playmore Design performed the installation.
In the event that a materials vendor warranty also covers
the defect in question, the consumer should seek remedy from
the vendor directly with Playmore Design's assistance.
In the event that problems arise that are covered by warranty,
Playmore will deliver replacement parts to the customer's
address at no charge. No other implied or expressed warranty
regarding product and/or installation are valid. |
